AAdvantage® Bonus Miles
Balance transfers, cash advances, checks that access your credit card account, items and services returned for credit, unauthorized charges, interest and account fees, traveler’s checks, purchases of foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers (and similar cash-like transactions), lottery tickets, and gaming chips (and similar betting transactions) are not purchases. Airlines AAdvantage® bonus miles typically will appear as a bonus in your AAdvantage Business™ account 8-10 weeks after you have met the purchase requirements. AAdvantage® miles may be earned on purchases made by primary credit cardmember and Authorized Users. Purchases must post to your account during the promotional period. Many merchants will wait for a purchase to ship before they post the purchase to your account. The Business for whom a Crystal® / AAdvantage Business™ Mastercard® account was opened must have an AAdvantage Business™ account. AAdvantage® miles earned will be posted to the AAdvantage Business™ account.

  • Primary Cardmember
  • The primary cardmember must have or open an AAdvantage® account in their own name. AAdvantage® miles earned on the primary cardmember’s credit card will be allocated to the AAdvantage Business™ account. Loyalty Points earned by the primary cardmember will be posted to the AAdvantage® account of the primary cardmember. Loyalty Points and AAdvantage® miles earned by primary cardmember on any other Crystal® / AAdvantage® credit cards where they are the primary cardmember will post to their individual AAdvantage® account.

  • Authorized User
  • An Authorized User is an employee or contractor of the Business added to the Card Account with a Card provided with that person’s name. Authorized Users must have or open an AAdvantage® account in their own name. Authorized Users must accept the AAdvantage Business™ terms & conditions to earn Loyalty Points. By making a qualifying purchase with their card, Authorized Users accept the AAdvantage BusinessTM terms and conditions. AAdvantage® miles earned on an Authorized User’s credit card will be allocated to the AAdvantage Business™ account. Loyalty Points earned by Authorized Users will be posted to the AAdvantage® account of the Authorized User. You must pay us for all charges made or allowed by Authorized Users. Authorized Users are able to get account information. Authorized Users must be employees or contractors of your business. The primary cardmember needs the Authorized User's permission to give us any information about them that we request and to allow us to share information about them as allowed by applicable law. This includes information we may get from you, any Authorized User and others. It also includes information about their transactions on the account. Loyalty Points and AAdvantage® miles earned by Authorized Users on any other Crystal® / AAdvantage® credit cards where they are the primary cardmember will post to their individual AAdvantage® account.

  • AAdvantage® miles are earned on purchases, except balance transfers, cash advances, checks that access your credit card account, items and services returned for credit, unauthorized charges, interest and account fees, traveler’s checks, purchases of foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers (and similar cash-like transactions), lottery tickets, and gaming chips (and similar betting transactions).   • Eligible American Airlines purchases are items billed by American Airlines as merchant of record booked through American Airlines channels (aa.com, American Airlines reservations, American Airlines Admirals Club®, American Airlines Vacations, and American Airlines airport and city ticket counters). Products or services that do not qualify are car rentals and hotel reservations, purchase of AAdvantage® status boost or renewal, and AA Cargo™ products and services. AAdvantage® miles earned will be posted to the AAdvantage Business™ account in 8-10 weeks.

Fraud, Misuse, Abuse, or Suspicious Activity

  • If we see evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to take action against you. This may include, without limitation and without prior notice, any or all of the following:
  • - Taking away your accrued Points.
    - Stopping you from earning Points
    - Suspending or closing your Crystal® Account or ThankYou® Account
    - Taking legal action to recover Rewards redeemed because of such activity and to recover our monetary losses, including litigation costs and damages

Are you eligible?

To be eligible for a Zest Bank Credit Card you need to:

  • Have an annual income/pension before tax of RM 8,500 or more
  • Be a resident of the United Arab Emirates
  • Be over 18, and not hold an Zest Bank Basic Bank Account
